YouTube Submission

By either checking this tick box, uploading an audio file through this website, or otherwise transferring, making available or providing a static link to your content, or via written agreement through email or post, you are agreeing to the following terms of services and your partnership with Radiant Music. The terms of services and the "partnership with Radiant Music" will be referred to as "the license" or "this license". The media that you make available will be referred to as "your song". You agree that your song is completely owned by you, or with full consent of third party owners to this agreement, and therefore is fully permitted to be uploaded to YouTube (c) or our other distribution networks.

As well as this, you agree to allow us to monetise your song in a video that we will then upload to YouTube in an effort to promote your song. At any point you may request that your song will be removed from our YouTube channel, however we request 7 days notice in advance before you take any action via YouTube, the DMCA or by involving an third party within this dispute. Should you not adhere to this, then this will be treated as a hostile action towards the entity of Radiant Music and therefore it's members and partners and as a result, terminates any relation between Radiant Music and yourself.

We are people, the same as you, and we play fair with your music, and responding to your requests, we only ask that you do the same to us.

Radiant Music and all associated partners and members will adhere to the following; we will only upload, make available or promote any music that has been agreed to via this license. If you wish for us to remove your song, we will comply within 7 days. If you have any other request, you can contact us at admin@radiant.dj, and we will try to help you as best we can. We hope that we can have a long and fruitful partnership with you as an artist, record label, or other.
